About
Maissa’a is a Saudi-American cross-cultural visionary, raised between Saudi Arabia and the United States. Her hybrid upbringing laid the foundation for a dynamic career that has taken her across seven countries and three continents. With deep expertise in cultural intelligence, Maissa’a specializes in bridging Middle Eastern and Western perspectives — fostering local adaptation, challenging stereotypes, and building shared understanding.
Maissa’a’s work has spanned cultural research, photography exhibitions, marketing campaigns, and philanthropic initiatives — all rooted in a commitment to connection and representation.
Over the past decade, Maissa’a has collaborated with leading organizations, including the British Council (in Saudi Arabia and London), the Saudi Embassy (in Washington, D.C. and London), Manchester City Store (Abu Dhabi and UK), Mam Food Co. (Dubai & Vancouver, US), and SunEdison (San Francisco & Saudi Arabia). These experiences led her to establish her own London-based communications and education company, which now operates globally — offering cross-cultural insight and strategic advisory for media, entertainment, and international cultural projects.
Maissa’a is also a certified Arabic-English interpreter, fluent in six Arabic dialects, and works closely with asylum seekers and immigrants across the UK and the U.S., offering language and cultural interpretation with empathy and precision.
Through her work, Maissa’a advocates for the power of soft diplomacy in communication to inspire and empower a new generation — especially those raised across mixed cultures — to embrace their layered identities and live beyond the constraints of societal norms that no longer serve their truth.
